DoFollow Plugin removes the "NoFollow" tag from the comments.
It means that if you submit a comment with your home page to these blogs then Search Engines will count that link as a back link. If you don’t use ‘DoFollow’ Plugin then search engines will ignore those links.If you get commented on dofollow blog list, you'll got a backlink.
