How To Add Feedback Form To Blog

Hello Friends.
After posting an article about How To Submitting A Sitemap To Google Index. Now, I will post How To Add Feedback Form To Blog.



1. Login to your blog
2. Go to jotform.com
3. On pop up message, click on start "Creating your first form"
4. Create your form as you like.

Ok I will help you to create it.

Follow me.
1. Start with heading your form, click on Form Tools, drag and drop "Heading" to blank layer.
    Click on "Click to edit this text...". And change with as you like.
2. Click on "Text Box". Drag and drop to blank layer bellow your Heading. Change "Click to edit" with your questions. Example: Name
3. To add more table questions. Follow the step number 2.
4. To block spam, you can add Captcha. On Power Tools, drag and drop "Captcha".
5. Edit title form, change "Untitled Form" as you like. Example: "Contact Form", "Feedback", etc.


Optional:
1. To make your table questions is Required, Click on table questions and click on Required button.
2. To add your notice of required questions, On Power Tools, drag and drop "Free Text (HTML)"
    bellow Captcha and change these text. Example: * required.
3. To change size of table questions, click on "Size" and enter 30 or as you like.


How to add your form to blog?
Follow me,
1. On Tab Menu, click on Setup & Embed
2. Click on Embed Form
3. Select Feedback
4. Click on Customize. Edit Title, Form Dimensions, Screen Alignment, Horizontal Alignment. As you like.
5. Before add your form to blog, click on "Preview" to see your form.
6. Copy and paste these code to blog (How To Add A Gadget To Blog)


OK. You're done.
Look on your form. that's cool.
